Return & Refund Policy
Return + Exchange Policy:
We want you to absolutely love the purchase you made for you and your MINI, but we understand that sometimes you are just not into it. So we make returns as easy and breezy as possible.
Regular-priced items returned within 14 days, with original labels and packaging, are eligible for full refunds. Items can be returned in-store or shipped back, in which case we will supply the shipping label. The shipping label fee will be taken off the refund amount once we receive the item. Please contact us at email@example.com to make a return request within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit.
Exchanges are also available within 14 days of purchase or delivery, for both regularly-priced and sale items. Details for the exchange are the same as returns.
Clearance items and mystery bags are considered final sale items–meaning there is no exchange or refund available.
